LohanDesign – Shipping, Delivery & Returns

1. Shipping Area
LohanDesign currently ships orders within the European Union only.
All orders are shipped from Finland.
At this time, we do not ship outside the EU.

2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time within the EU is 1–8 business days, depending on the destination country and local
postal services.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking
link.
3. Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping within the EU for orders over 100€.
For orders below 100€, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All prices displayed in the store include Finnish VAT (25.5%).

4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment services.

6. Right of Return (EU Customers)
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with
EU consumer protection regulations.

Returned items must be:

Unused
Clean
In original condition
In resalable condition

7. Return Costs
Returns from outside Finland are subject to a return fee of 9.90€, which will be deducted from the refund.
Returns from within Finland may follow separate return instructions if applicable.

8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.
The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If applicable, the 9.90€ return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Processing refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

9. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or product, please contact customer service.
Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order.

10. Defective Products and Claims
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service as soon as

A description of the issue
Photos of the product if possible
If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
